CONSUMER groups in Bacolod City urged the Ceneco Union of Responsible Employees (CURE) to stall its plan to stage a labor strike.
In a press conference at the Negros Press Club on Tuesday, Winnie Sancho, secretary general of the General Alliance of Workers Association (GAWA), said the Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco) is facing "a crisis of unprecedented proportion."
