THE shift to using renewable energy sources such as solar, wind and water to lessen dependence on fossil fuels which have caused long-term damage to the environment must be addressed now.
This was the message of former Defense chief Gilbert "Gibo" Teodoro as he expressed support for the transition to green energy as long as the costs will not be an additional burden to Filipinos.
