THE Philippine index ended in the red on Wednesday as investors await the results of the policy meeting of the US Federal Reserve.
The benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange index was down by 0.48 percent, or 34.6 points, to 7,253.61, while the wider All Shares shed 0.22 percent, or 8.37 points, to finish at 3,856.11.
