House okays proposed Motorcycles-for-Hire Act on 2nd reading

THE House of Representatives on Tuesday approved on second reading the Motorcycles-for-Hire Act.

House Bill 10571 states that 'a motorcycle intended to be used as a motorcycle-for-hire must be duly registered with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 7 of this Act'.
