GOVERNMENT-OWNED Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank) clarified that its systems had not been hacked and that they remain secure following claims that two teachers having payroll accounts with the lender had allegedly experienced fraudulent transactions.
In a statement on Monday night, it said the initial investigation found that the teachers' devices were accessed via phishing, compromising their personal information.
