Obiena: Liquidation is not as easy as it seems

FILIPINO Olympian pole vaulter Ernest John 'EJ' Obiena said that liquidating his expenses in Italy is not as easy as it seems.

Among the issues thrown at Obiena by his national federation, the Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association (Patafa), are the alleged falsification of his liquidation reports and misappropriation of funds.
