Robinsons Retail to acquire Ministop PH

GOKONGWEI-LED Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. (RRHI) on Monday said it will fully own convenience store chain Ministop Philippines next month.

In a disclosure, RRHI said it will acquire the 40 percent share of Ministop Japan in Robinsons Convenience Stores Inc. — the local franchisee of Ministop — through its subsidiary, Robinsons Supermarket Corp.
