A TOTAL of 3,054 pieces of "ecstasy" tablets with an estimated street value of P5.2 million were seized by Bureau of Customs (BoC) operatives at the Port of Clark on Thursday that resulted in the subsequent arrest of the consignee in Quezon City on Saturday.
Based on initial reports, BoC-Port of Clark put on hold a shipment from Zaandam, The Netherlands, declared as "Solar Lights for Home Use" upon its arrival on January 20 after receiving reliable information about its actual contents.
