BACOLOD CITY: The Negros Occidental capitol building in Bacolod City will be locked down for five days effective today, January 24, after Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson tested positive for Covid-19.
Rayfrando Diaz, provincial administrator, over the weekend said the temporary shutdown of the capitol was recommended by the Provincial Incident Management Team.
