THE "No vaccination, no ride" rule, which was issued by the Department of Transportation and enforced since last Tuesday, raises some issues on its practicability and even constitutionality.
DoTr Order 2022-001 mandates that "only fully vaccinated individuals are allowed public transportation to, from and within the National Capital Region." This new rule which is intended to avert the spread of the Covid-19 virus was immediately opposed by organized workers.
