Omicron detected in Davao Region

DAVAO CITY: Davao Region has five confirmed cases of the Covid-19 Omicron variant, Dr. Rachel Joy Pasion, head of the Regional Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit, said on Thursday.

The Davao Center for Health Development of the Department of Health (DoH) in its report, however, confirmed all the five Omicron cases have fully recovered.
