THE Philippines and South Korea officially signed the term of reference (TOR) for an Army-to-Army level collaboration aimed at further strengthening the military ties of both countries, the Philippine military said on Friday.
Philippine Army (PA) chief, Lt. Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr., and Republic of Korea Army (ROKA) chief-of-staff Gen. Nam Yeong-shin inked the agreement during a virtual ceremony on Thursday evening.
