PHILIPPINE National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Dionardo Bernardo Carlos on Wednesday ordered the thorough investigation of the Matnog Municipal Police Station in Sorsogon after two individuals who were supposed to be inside its detention cells were arrested outside its jurisdiction.
BGen. Oliver Enmodias, Director for Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group of the PNP, said in his report to Carlos that elements of the PNP-Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group arrested two persons under police custody (PUPC) in an entrapment operation after being seen onboard a motorcycle without plate number at the public market in Matnog, Sorsogon, on Tuesday.
