CSC to govt agencies: Help sick employees

THE Civil Service Commission (CSC) urged government agencies to distribute home care kits to their employees who have contracted the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).

Civil Service Commissioner Aileen Lourdes Lizada said a Department of Budget and Management (DBM) circular in 2020 noted that agencies can charge the procurement of the kits to their maintenance and other operating expenses (MOOE) budget.
