DOTr signs P142-B contract for Bicol rail project

THE Department of Transportation (DOTr) has signed the single largest rail contract amounting to P142 billion for the Philippine National Railway (PNR) Bicol project, the agency announced on Tuesday.

Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade said the contract signed on Monday covers the first 380 kilometers stretch from Banlic, Calamba to Daraga, Albay.
