PENALTIES will be imposed starting tomorrow, Tuesday, on the second day of official implementation of the 'no vaccination, no ride' policy of the government, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said yesterday.
Violators were only given warnings on Monday as authorities go easy on transport operators and commuters who could not produce physical or digital proof of their vaccination, before taking on public utility vehicles (PUVs).
