THE Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) will set a deadline for barangay (village) leaders to submit a list of unvaccinated people in their areas.
In a telephone interview with The Manila Times, DILG Undersecretary Martin Diño said only a few barangay chiefs have submitted the list.
