Court affirms Ombudsman's disqualification ruling vs Pichay

THE Supreme Court has affirmed the perpetual disqualification ruling of the Office of the Ombudsman against Surigao del Sur First District Rep. Prospero Pichay.

The high court's first division junked the consolidated petitions filed by Pichay that questioned the ruling of the Ombudsman, the Sandiganbayan and the Court of Appeals (CA).
