Over 200 displaced families in Barangay Canipaan, Hinunangan, Southern Leyte were assisted by the National Maritime Polytechnic (NMP) this month.
The victims were among the thousands of families in Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan affected by Typhoon Odette last December 16 and 17.
