Tausug hero now PH Army soldier

ERHAM Awaluddin, known as the Tausug hero, is now formally a member of the 11th Infantry 'Alakdan' (Scorpion) Division (11ID) of the Philippine Army.

Private Awaluddin was one of the earliest responders when a C-130 plane of the Philippine Army crashed on July 4, 2021, in Patikul, Sulu, which resulted in the death of 50 soldiers and 3 civilians, and injury to many other individuals.
