Manila to reopen Arroceros park

THE Arroceros Urban Forest Park, considered as Manila's 'last lung', is set to reopen after undergoing rehabilitation and redevelopment.

Manila Mayor Francisco 'Isko Moreno' Domagoso made the announcement while inspecting the progress of the work being done at the park over the weekend.
