TAIWANESE community in the Philippines once again extends a helping hand to the victims of Super Typhoon Odette (international name: Rai).

Representative Peiyung Hsu witnessed the handover ceremony held at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines on December 29. Simon Su, president of the Taiwanese Compatriot Association in the Philippines (TCAIP), officially donated P2 million to Vice Chairman Eddie Tamondong of the Manila Economic and Cultural Office, representing the Philippine government, to help the relief work of Odette. Tamondong expressed his sincere appreciation to the TCAIP for its kind and generous donation to help people in need in the Philippines.
