Elma tells EJ: Follow rules, be humble

Philippine track and field legend Elma Muros-Posadas, the country's 'long jump queen,' gave disgruntled Olympian pole vaulter EJ Obiena a piece of advice when it comes to the liquidation of his expenses.

Abide by rules of the Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association (Patafa), she said.
