Gibo assists in the Visayas

FORMER Defense secretary Gilbert 'Gibo' Teodoro provided potable water to people affected by Typhoon 'Odette' in some areas in Cebu, Negros Occidental and Leyte.

In Cebu, Teodoro and his Gibo Teodoro volunteers visited the villages of Capitol Site, Cogon Pardo, Binaliw, Pasil and Mambaling with the support of Cebu Gov. Gwen Garcia, Cebu City mayoralty candidate Margot Osmeña, Capitol Site Barangay Capt. Manuel Guanzon and former presidential assistant for the Visayas Felix Guanzon.
