COMMISSION on Higher Education chairman J. Prospero de Vera 3rd said that he had tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) and is currently experiencing mild symptoms.
De Vera said that he received his test results on Friday and urged those who were in contact with him to go on self quarantine, monitor for any possible symptoms and get tested if needed.
