THE Norwegian Training Center (NTC) corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm, spearheaded by Managing Director Capt. Jo Even Tomren, pursued immediate action to reach families severely affected byTyphoon 'Odette' in Cebu. Help was extended through the distribution of different supplies such as boxes of water bottles, ready-to-eat meals, blankets and mosquito nets last Dec. 21, 2021.

In addition, the Norwegian Shipowners' Association (NSA) is providing financial assistance through a partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, which helps address those who were affected by the typhoon.
