UNVACCINATED people who leave their homes, unless for essential reasons, while under Alert Level 3 are facing fine and imprisonment based on the ordinances passed and approved by three local government units (LGUs) in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The measures passed by the Sangguniang Panlunsod (city council) of Quezon City and the cities of Caloocan and Valenzuela are all in unison in requiring non-fully vaccinated workers to undergo a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test every two weeks at their personal expense.
