Filmmaker, pol sci prof to appear in voter ed forum

WRITER and director Bibeth Orteza is set to appear in a voter's education webinar organized by the Philippine Communication Society (PCS) on January 12.

Joining her in the sixth part of the National Forum on Communication and Democracy series titled 'Over-entertained, under-informed: Are we politically literate?' are University of the Philippines Diliman political science professor Dr. Jean Encinas Franco and Center for Media Freedom and Responsibility founder Vergel Santos.
