TARLAC: The head of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) and his wife are facing multiple criminal and administrative charges before the Office of the Deputy Ombudsman for Luzon for allegedly abusing a 17-year-old girl.
CEZA administrator and chief executive officer Raul Lambino was accused of 10 counts of rape, child abuse and serious physical injuries while his wife, Mayor Marilyn Lambino of Mangaldan, Pangasinan, was charged for abuse of authority, grave misconduct, dishonesty and oppression.
