THE Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) is looking to discover potential businesses it can promote among youth when it holds the 6th Philippine Startup Challenge (PSC) for students.
DICT Acting Secretary Emmanuel Rey Caintic said the competition aims to encourage and support Filipinos in creating innovative and relevant ICT products and services that may potentially develop into viable business ventures and provide solutions to social problems.
