High court stops Comelec from dropping Libro party-list

THE Supreme Court has stopped the Commission on Elections (Comelec) from delisting the Laban ng Isang Bayan para sa Reporma at Oportunidad (Libro) from the roster of party-list organizations allowed to participate in the May 9, 2022 elections.
