THE Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) has activated the Free Wi-Fi for All project to address the intermittent signal problem in Ambil Island, Looc, Occidental Mindoro.
The DICT said it continues to address the problem of intermittent signal in remote areas under the geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas.
