Aseana City breathes new life into parks

PARKS and open spaces largely contribute to the physical and aesthetic features of a city. These areas further serve a broader purpose in providing recreational opportunities to its citizens, driving local businesses in the community and increasing property values.

However, with the rapid urbanization and poor urban planning in the metro, Filipinos are stripped off of these urban neighborhood benefits — one which D.M. Wenceslao and Associates Inc. (DMW) is aiming to address through its mixed-use project in Aseana City dubbed as Parqal.
