PH breaches 10k in new Covid-19 cases, highest since Oct

THE Philippines logged 10,775 new cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) on Wednesday, breaching the 10,000-mark and making it the highest since Oct. 9, 2021, when the Department of Health (DoH) reported 11,010 cases in a day.

Wednesday's figure surpassed the 5,434 that was reported on Tuesday.
