CHARGES were filed by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) against Gwyneth Anne Chua, also known as "Poblacion Girl" in social media, along with her parents and several staff from the hotel she was supposed to have undergone mandatory quarantine.
Chua had been the subject of investigation after she skipped protocol upon returning from the United States on Dec. 22, 2021, attended a party and apparently infected others.
