UK bucks G7's reliance on Russian gas supply

LIVERPOOL: Britain's top diplomat welcomed Group of Seven (G7) foreign ministers to Liverpool on Saturday with a warning that 'free democratic nations' must wean themselves off Russian gas and Russian money to preserve their independence.
