House on lockdown amid Omicron threat

THE House of Representatives announced a lockdown amid the threat of the Omicron variant of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) in the country.

Secretary General Mark Llandro Mendoza said on Tuesday that 'we are currently on lockdown to prevent the spread of Omicron' and 'to protect our' members, secretariat, and employees'.
