Sotto scores high in performance rating survey

SENATE President Vicente 'Tito' Sotto 3rd scored a 71 percent approval rating — the second highest — in the latest Pulse Asia performance survey among the country's top five national officials.

The survey, conducted December 1 to 6, covered 2,400 respondents and had a margin of error +-2 percent.
