Duterte: Honor modern-day heroes at the frontlines

PRESIDENT Duterte on Thursday urged Filipinos to honor the country's 'modern-day heroes who are at the frontlines' as the nation marked the 125th death anniversary of national hero Jose Rizal.

Following tradition, Duterte led the flag-raising and wreath-laying ceremony at the Rizal Monument in Manila at around 8 a.m. Thursday.
