DepEd suspends work to give personnel time to celebrate New Year

THE Department of Education (DepEd) announced the suspension of work in its offices and schools at noon on December 31 to give its officials and personnel time to prepare and celebrate New Year's Day with their families and loved ones.

However, offices and units whose functions involve the delivery of emergency services or response and performance of other vital services are expected to render services when necessary.
