TO mark the 125th death anniversary of national hero Dr. Jose Rizal, the Philippine Postal Corp. (PHLPost) will release today, Dec. 30, 2021, postage stamps with the subject "Rizal: Para sa Agham, Katotohanan at Buhay" (Rizal: For Science, Truth and Life).
