OCTA warns against renewed spike in Covid-19 cases

THE Philippines may experience a renewed spike in coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases, according to the OCTA Research Group on Wednesday.

Dr. Guido David, senior research fellow, projected that the number of infections may rise to 1,200, with 400 coming from the National Capital Region (NCR). He attributed this to a 5 percent increase in positivity rate.
