Court junks drug raps vs Kerwin

THE Makati City Regional Trial Court (RTC) has granted the demurrer to evidence sought by Kerwin Espinosa and three others in connection with the drug charges filed against them.

In a 14-page order, Judge Gina Bibat-Palamos of Branch 64 granted the motion filed by Lovely Impal, Wu Tuan Yuan, Marcelo Adorco and Rolan Espinosa, also known as Kerwin Espinosa.
