AFTER much serious thought, former actor and now film producer Joed Serrano has withdrawn his senatorial bid as an independent candidate.
Joed opted to run for public office to champion the rights of the LGBTQIA community of which he's a proud member. On top of this, should he get elected, he vowed to move for the standardization of the minimum wage across the country.
