Return of Negros power supply hits snag

BACOLOD CITY: The restoration of power in southern Negros Occidental has been hampered by the refusal of some landowners entry to their property even to electricity line repair crew, lawyer Rayfrando Diaz, provincial administrator, said.

Diaz said it is pervasive in the municipality of Ilog, citing pending right-of-way issues as the reason behind the resistance of many landowners.
