Shift focus on resiliency building – Globe

TIME to shift focus on resiliency building to protect coastal communities from damaging typhoons and long-term effect of climate change, a top executive of Globe telecoms said yesterday.

Globe Telecom, Inc. one of the corporations that responded in the Tzu Chi Foundation's virtual 'Relief Briefing and Response Planning' for Typhoon "Odette" victims, has vowed to donate, but also made a call for longer discussion about climate change in the light of the devastating calamities that hit the county recently.
