Figaro, Haus Talk set final offer prices

FOOD conglomerate Figaro Coffee Group Inc. and residential developer Haus Talk Inc. have set the final prices of their respective initial public offerings (IPOs).

In a filing to the stock exchange on Thursday, Figaro said its final price is at 75 centavos apiece, lower than the initially disclosed amount of P1.28 per common share.
