TUGUEGARAO CITY: The mayor of Gattaran town in Cagayan and six of his alleged cohorts were indicted for murder before the provincial prosecutor's office in Carig Sur on December 20 here, records showed on Tuesday.
Charged were Gattaran Mayor Matthew Nolasco, and Joles Salvatierra and Mateo de Torres, also of Gattaran town; Jofel Alipio of Buguey, Cagayan; and three "John Does."
