THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Tuesday said Mindanao, particularly the Surigao provinces which were hardest hit by Typhoon "Odette," would likely be hit again if another low pressure area (LPA) entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
The new weather disturbance is still away from PAR and has a slim chance of developing into a storm, according to Pagasa weather specialist Raymond Ordinario.
