BDO forms alliance with Japan bank

LISTED BDO Unibank Inc. said it has formed a business alliance with Resona Bank Group (Resona), Japan's fourth-largest bank, to service and support the banking needs of the latter's clients in the Philippines.

The deal was formalized with a memorandum of understanding that took effect on December 21 this year, according to its statement released on Tuesday.
